The Society for Health Systems (SHS) is pleased to announce the 2017 Graduate Student Paper Competition!
The winning submission will receive a complimentary conference registration and the opportunity to present your project at the Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference, to be held March 1-3, 2016, in Orlando, Florida.
The submission deadline is Dec. 17, 2016. Paper submissions can include multiple student authors and should describe applied projects, research results, case studies, class projects or other work efforts in which industrial engineering skills were applied to a problem arising in healthcare systems engineering. Judging criteria are based on originality, technical merit, relevance, organization and quality of the paper.

Requirements:
- The first author on the paper must be a student.
- Submitting student must be an SHS member.
