POSITION SUMMARY:
The Team Lead is responsible for managing analytics team objectives, services, products, staff and specific processes. This portfolio includes supervision of the day-to-day reporting production schedule, responses to ad-hoc requests for information, and performance measurement. Working closely with the Group Manager, the Team Lead will support the Cancer analytics strategy and oversee the implementation of the reporting work plans related to analytics. This position will manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, partners and customers and also function as a subject matter expert for cancer treatments reporting, analysis and modeling. The Team Lead will also support the Analytics & BI department’s objectives, including a focus on business effectiveness, optimization, efficiency and quality assurance for improved customer satisfaction and intimacy.

The Team Lead, Cancer Screening Analytics is an integral member of the Quality Management Unit and plays a key role in leading the delivery of analytics products to support the Cancer Screening. This role will partner with the scientific and clinical leads, other cancer screening teams to ensure the success of cancer screening programs through robust analytics and insights.
