Graduate student & fellowship opportunities (21 May 15)

Funding is available for graduate students/fellows at all levels – Masters, Doctoral and Post-Doctoral – interested in pursuing research in health care in the College of Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. Applicants should have a background in in industrial engineering, operations research, management science, statistics, economics, computer science, mathematics or other related fields.  Students with experience in discrete event simulation and/or optimization are particularly encouraged to apply. Research will involve real world problems and solutions rather than purely theoretical investigations; key areas of study within health care include cancer clinic operations, patient and resource scheduling, and CT utilization.
