DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in processing timely data loads for DSS systems.
- Assists in (and provides additional mechanisms if experienced) data quality audits and data reconciliation.
- Helps design, develop and maintain ad-hoc and standard reports.
- Integrates data from multiple sources and brings out the most useful results for end users.
- Managers ad-hoc requests in a timely, customer service oriented fashion.
- Creates and maintains operations documentation.
- Works with internal and external stakeholders to assist in analyzing and interpreting data/information.
- Assists case costing team with quarterly and year end audits and data quality.
- Works with source system stewards regarding timely and accurate files.
