- Myrtede Alfred (MIE, CHE Affiliate) – Canada Research Chair in Clinical Systems Equity (new)
- Amy Bilton (MIE) – Canada Research Chair in Engineering for Sustainable Global Development (new)
- Ali Hooshyar (ECE) – Canada Research Chair in Electric Power Systems (renewal)
- Goldie Nejat (MIE) – Canada Research Chair in Intelligent Assistive and Collaborative Robots (new)
