The Planning and Regional Programs department at Cancer Care Ontario is seeking a Senior Analyst role. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for resource planning primarily for complex malignant hematology (CMH), including acute leukemia, stem cell transplantation). This will include health human resource prediction and planning which will incorporate changes to the models of care (setting of care, provider roles). The resource will be responsible for managing a committee along with the development and execution of work plans, and interacting with a diverse set of project stakeholders (including regions and hospitals). Additionally, they will be required to develop data collection tools, collect, analyze and interpret data, and develop reports and presentations in order to support the achievement of objectives. The Senior Analyst will also act as a central contact point for the CMH prediction and planning work stream.
