Reporting to the Director, Decision Support and Operational Effectiveness, the successful candidate will develop people, processes, and leverage technology to develop the operations of the OAL and will plan, execute, and enable approved OAL projects by utilizing best practices and critical thinking. The individual will work collaboratively with analytics experts across THP and with clinical teams to solve operational problems.
