The Center for Digital Health at Mayo Clinic is hiring a Senior Data Science Analyst to join a team that will focus on scheduling optimization, creating algorithms that enable connecting the optimal scheduling. The candidate for this role will build and maintain real-time patient and provider scheduling optimization models that match a patient’s care needs with the right provider at the right time in the most optimal manner to maximize operational efficiency while keeping the needs of the patient first. You will write software that helps orchestrate and optimize the flow of patients through complex care process models. As a member of this team, you will get the opportunity to work on highly visible, innovative projects that directly impact the patient and provider experience. You will be involved in all the aspects of the software development cycle including scoping, design, implementation, testing & delivery of the product and help the Center for Digital Health lead Mayo’s digital transformation.
