Process Improvement Consultant – Continuous Improvement of Care (March 9)
Reporting to the Manager, Continuous Improvement of Care, the Process Improvement Consultant (PIC) is responsible for leading continuous process improvement/lean aspects of CIC projects across the organization and within the South West Local Health Integration Network (SWLHIN), ensuring measurable, sustainable results. This role ensures best practice process improvement/lean methodologies are continuously introduced, adopted, and updated in order to optimize delivery of patient and family centred care, including; safety, timeliness, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Rate of Pay: $39.48 per hour – $49.35 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Decision Support Consultant – Decision Support (2 positions) (March 11)
The Decision Support Consultant is a trusted expert in applying critical thinking to facilitate problem solving and identify improvement opportunities. Clients include senior leaders, directors, operational, medical and clinical leaders and external stakeholders.
The Decision Support Consultant ensures strategic alignment and standardized approaches to ensure data quality is maximized. They provide education to improve data knowledge, analysis and stewardship of resources for clinical programs and corporate projects. They perform aggregation and presentation of clinical, financial and utilization data to inform strategic planning and facilitate evidence-based decision making at the local and system level.
Rate of Pay: $42.62 per hour – $53.28 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
