The Consultant, Project Management & Improvement will lead, coordinate and support a diverse set of projects (in areas including – but not limited to – Process Improvement, Change Management, Program Development, etc.) by providing end-to-end project management responsibilities. This includes managing some project deliverables and all aspects of the project life cycle – which includes initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control and closeout.
The Consultant, Project Management & Improvement, will also provide improvement expertise and coaching for corporate- and program-level initiatives. This includes, analyzing current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and designing, developing, testing and implementing change ideas through the application of leading-edge quality improvement strategies and techniques.
