The Senior Analyst will be responsible for capacity planning including health human resources, services and/or capital infrastructure projects which have complex objectives and large system impact. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the development of multiple analytic methodologies and data models, work plans, managing working groups and interacting with a diverse set of project stakeholders (including clinicians, administrators, regions, and hospitals). The Senior Analyst will be required to develop data collection tools, collect, analyze and interpret data, and develop reports and presentations in order to support the achievement of objectives. The Senior Analyst will act as a central contact point for capacity planning work under their portfolio.
