Senior Business Analyst

(Business Intelligence + Clinical Innovation)

Status: Permanent Full-time

Reports to: Director, Design and Innovation

Hours: 37.5 hrs/week

Location: We’re flexible, but you will need to be able to come to the Cancer Centre, downtown Toronto to engage with providers, staff, patients and our team now and again

Start date: as soon as we find the right candidate

Salary Range: $66k-$75k annual

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting mid- to large-scale projects that align to the CDI Strategic Plan. The scope of CDI projects can include but are not limited to: working with clinicians and patients to conduct current state analysis and scoping, data gathering, and analysis, needs assessments, workflow mapping and redesign, requirements specification creation and documentation. This role may also require supporting product managers with technology development, supporting implementation and change management activities and conducting operational tasks such as responding to user inquiries and questions.
