At Intelligent Medical Image Computing Systems (IMICS) Lab at the Hospital for Sick Children (fully affiliated with The University of Toronto), we conduct high-throughput research in design and development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for Medicine. The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work in close collaboration with the PI, graduate students and other researchers on a research project focused on AI algorithms for optimizing patients’ appointment scheduling for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging (DI). The overarching goal of the project is to improve equitable access to DI appointments for all patients, regardless of patients’ demographics.
