Job Opportunity – Lead – Scheduling and Workforce Optimization (Scarborough Health Network)

As a member of the People Services portfolio and reporting to the Manager, Scheduling and Workforce Optimization, the Lead will champion workforce design and optimization practices to sustain SHN′s highly skilled and diverse workforce. The Lead uses their technical expertise and collaborative approach to ensure SHN operational leaders understand their staffing model, project their workforce needs, and monitor overall performance. The Lead will work closely with the Scheduling and Workforce Optimization Partner and Human Resources Business Partner teams to inform changes to master schedules. Through their work, the Lead promotes the provision of high quality jobs across Scarborough Health Network.
